Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Securely pack your items—ensuring they are at least half full—and drop the package off at any authorized USPS location or blue collection box.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
