Are Pacifica products 100% vegan?
Yes, all Pacifica products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never use animal-derived ingredients like beeswax, carmine, or lanolin in any of our formulas.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's site to monitor your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
Are your product containers recyclable?
Sustainability is at our core. We use glass, PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastic, and aluminum whenever possible. Please check the specific recycling instructions on each product label.
